Voter Protection/ Poll Challenger Training

using the 2025 Fall Elections to gain experience for Nov 2026

Virtual Training & Optional In-Person Follow-Up

If you are interested in being part of the Voter Protection Team to observe and report issues at Early Voting, Election Day, and at absentee ballot tabulating sites.

Voter Protection is now more than just Election Day, with 9 Days of Early Voting, thousands of mail-in ballots being tabulated up to a week before the Election, and precincts in operation on Election Day.

Therefore, the ICDP Voter Protection Committee is collaborating with the Michigan Democratic Party to offer this year an opportunity for individuals to receive training, support, and scheduling as Democratic Party Poll Challengers.

If you want to be part of the Voter Protection Team in FALL 2026, please click below and let the ICDP know.

Sign up here

Those who sign up will be invited to a virtual training session and an in-person follow-up meeting on October 24 to address any questions that may arise. These sessions are not a requirement to volunteer in 2026, but we believe that they would make you a more effective poll challenger, especially for those who have never done it before or only once in 2024.

No Kings 2.0

Saturday, Oct. 18, from 3:00 PM to 7 PM

Michigan State Capitol in Lansing

We are Reclaiming America's Promise:

Freedom for All!
Justice for All!

We know you've been watching and reading about Trump's authoritarian power grabs. He's deploying the military to blue cities, he's abducting immigrants and holding them in inhumane facilities, he's attempting to rig the congressional maps, and so much more.

Consistency is key in our fight, and participating in highly visible, peaceful protests is one of the most effective ways to make our message loud and clear. It's up to us to remind him that we, the majority of millions, are united, and together, we're shouting America has No Kings!

On October 18, get ready to help us remind Trump and his administration and the public that power belongs to the people. America has no kings. This country belongs to all of us and we will let our collective voices be heard.

Please plan to bring your friends and family. Stay tuned for more details.

See you all there!

We are seeking volunteers — please choose a shift you’d like to volunteer for to help staff our ICDP table.

Door Knocking in Mullikin for Rob Piercefield,

Candidate for Eaton County Commission

Saturday, October 11 at 10:00 AMRob_and_Rep_Witwer.jpg

This is the only partisan election in the Capitol Area on Nov. 4th, so I encourage you to support Rob and his campaign, and keep a Christian Nationalist off the Commission.
They need volunteers to drive and one to knock on doors because there are long distances and long driveways in the Mullikin area.

The Eaton County Dems need people to help a candidate flip the County Commission and keep a Christian Nationalist off the Commission, and flip the majority of the Eaton County Commission to Democrats.

Please sign up to help by clicking the link below:
